By purchasing a subscription to any online course or digital product, you agree to the following terms:
1. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the price listed at the time of purchase. Your card on file will be charged on each renewal date unless you cancel in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations may be submitted through any of the following methods:
- Using the cancellation link provided in your email receipt

Cancellation is effective immediately upon request. Cancellation does not issue a refund.
3. No Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because digital course content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Forgetting to cancel
- Failure to use or access the product
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
4. Payment Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your card on file every 30 days until you cancel. You agree to maintain valid payment information and understand that failed payments may result in temporary access suspension.
5. Chargeback Fraud
Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription charge after accessing the digital content is considered chargeback fraud. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks with evidence of access and usage and to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
