Mindset can give you skill set – skill set does not give you mindset.
There are two types of people.
1. Skilled people
2. Driven people
Yes, they’re not mutually exclusive.
But, it’s easy to get highly skilled and lose the mindset.

It’s easier to be driven and open-minded to then go and build skills.
If I do not have the growth mindset, I can be an expert at one specific thing, say teaching, but then I cannot leverage that skillset in a meaningful way.
Why? Well, business requires multiple skills.
If you want to just do one specific task, then starting any business will be impossible.
You have to wear the mindset hat.
That hat says that there will be problems that arise. Worse yet, problems that I have no idea how to solve right now. BUT, I am capable of finding solutions.
Versus. The skilled person. At this point, they would capitulate.
Bottom-line? Mindset can get you any skill set. Not vice versa.
